Our Affiliates Maintain Local Identity

• Affiliate organizations remain 501(c)3 not-for-profit organizations.
• Affiliate organizations maintain their current name and local identity.
• Affiliate organizations Boards of Directors remain intact as a governing body.
• Affiliate organizations maintain an Executive Director.
• County, MCO and other contracts remain with the affiliated organization. The revenue derived from those contracts go directly to the affiliated organization.
• Annual budgeting and clinical strategic planning continue to be the domain of the affiliated organization.
